Cancellation Policy for Tickets to Our Livestream Events:

• Cancellation Timeframe: Customers wishing to cancel their ticket purchase for a livestream event are entitled to do so up to 15 minutes before the event's scheduled start time to receive a full refund (100%) of the purchase price.
  Or latest 15 minutes after customer has received Payment Confirmation/Invoice. 
• Sales Period: The sale of tickets for a livestream event begins approximately one day before the event starts.
• Technical Issues or Event Cancellation: In the event of technical problems attributable to the provider, or if the event is cancelled for any reason, a full refund (100%) of the ticket price will be offered to all affected customers.
• Refund of Purchase Price: Will be processed on the same day as the cancellation or cancellation of the livestream event is carried out.
